INTERNATIONAL will effectively reduce new outbreaks of AIDS, promote research of HIV/AIDS/CANCER/DISABILITIES, empower those affected, lower recidivism, to encourage all people to maintain a quality life and to be able to contribute their skills, talents, voices and goals to society and the entire world.
